Featured Blogger: Kahren Torosyan

This week, we are featuring Kahren Torosyan of Kahren’s Perspective. He is an LA native who blogs about fashion, grooming, lifestyle and travel. Kahren’s blog posts are not only detailed but also offer a novel and exclusive scoop into the complex world of men’s fashion and beauty.

Tell us a bit about your background and how you got into blogging.

I was born and raised in Los Angeles, California and I’ve always loved anything having to do with fashion and photography. I started my blog in order to connect the two on my own platform where I can share about the things I love with my friends, family and followers alike!

What inspired you to blog about this topic?

Since I love fashion, grooming and all things lifestyle, I wanted to be able to talk about these topics in much greater detail.

What sets your blog apart from its similar counterparts?

Although many people have blogs, my blog is about things that I personally love so its’ almost like a digital journal that I can share with everyone. No two blogs are exactly alike and as I say on my website, “It’s fashion and lifestyle as seen from my perspective.”

Describe yourself in 3 words.

Creative, Tenacious, Positive

Which social media platform is your favorite and why?

Instagram! I love that Instagram was mainly designed for photo sharing. All the other features on Instagram are wonderful but the main focus is on the images and that’s why Instagram is my favorite.

What do you love most about blogging?

What I love most about blogging is that I can share about anything I want but on a bigger platform. I have full control over it and I am not restricted in any way.

Where do you see your blog going in the next 5 years?

I hope that within the next 5 years, my blog will present me with a variety of opportunities enabling me to use it as my profession.

If blogging as a profession did not exist entirely, what field would you venture into?

I would venture into the fashion industry, specifically working in editorial content or branding/marketing.

What are the 3 things you would take onto an isolated island with you?

My phone (silly but I would have to), A journal and an SPF Moisturizer.
