This week, the BLND office decided to put their cooking pr skills to the test with our clients product, Fuego grill and we wanted to share every grillin’ moment for your viewing pleasures. Warning: You might want to grab yourself a towel and maybe a Snicker’s bar because these dishes are going to get you salivating.
Today, we’re making Sriracha Spicy Chicken Wings. Here are the ingredients:
- 3 lbs chicken wings, drummettes
- 1/2 cup Sriracha hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon
Step 1: To make the sauce, mix the Sriracha and all dry ingredients together in a bowl
Step 2: Mix the chicken wings into the sauce.
Step 3: Squeeze the lemon juice over the marinated chicken wings. Then set aside and let it sit for 30 minutes
Step 4: Light up the Fuego grill, wait until grill is hot before placing the marinated chicken wings on the grill.
Step 5: Place the grilled chicken wings on to a nice clean white plate, drizzle Sriracha sauce over the wings if you want more of a kick. Drizzle chopped green onions, and voila!
Step 6: Finally, the most important step: Enjoy and share with your friends!
