As a social media agency, we’re always on the lookout for new creation tools, and this one has certainly caught our eye. At the same, we understand that learning new tools like this can be both difficult and overwhelming. What Are They?
Similar to TikTok, Instagram Reels allow users to record and edit 15-second multi-clip videos with music, effects and other creative tools. Reels can be shared with your followers on your feed, or to a wider audience through a new space on the Explore page.
How Are They Created?
Luckily, creating Reels is pretty simple. All you have to do is open your Instagram camera and click on the Reels icon. From there, you’ll have the option to record clips one at a time, all at once or to upload existing clips from your camera roll. Then comes the fun part: the editing process! There are tons of creative ways to edit a Reel. Try adding music, changing the speed of the video, applying effects or even adding a funny caption.
